Caroline MacDonald (MAPP) is a highly skilled Wellbeing Practitioner and Health Coach. She draws on her formal training in Education, Science and Psychology, using the latest research and evidence-based practices, to inform, empower and lead people.
Caroline has considerable experience practicing meditation (commenced aged 15), Qigong, Reiki, Tai Chi and martial arts. She share’s her passion for living life mindfully and in balance – and has a strong desire to be able to lead others to enjoy rich, healthy, fulfilling lives.
Committed to working with the whole person – Caroline helps us to integrate body, mind and spirit. It is through tapping into modern science and contemplative practices that she shows you practical ways to build wellbeing, strength, personal insight and wisdom. This enhance quality of life. Problems, stresses, tensions, difficult decisions and emotions and other challenges become more manageable. New perspectives build resiliency, hope, compassion, wisdom and opportunities to lead more meaningful, healthy and happy lives.
Caroline draws on rich life experiences and formal training that includes a Master in Applied Positive Psychology ( University of Melbourne), Teaching and Science degrees (Deakin Uni), trauma care (TRE® Australia), and Remedial Massage and Chinese therapies.
